Shipping + Refund Policy

Shipping Policy: When placing an order online please ensure to put all your information correctly( from your contact info to your address). If your address is wrong there is no way for me to guess or assume what the correct address maybe and I may contact you to verify or give general updates on your order. Please allow 2-3 business days after we receive your order for us to process and ship your order. We do not ship orders on Sundays. We try our best to mail out packages in a timely manner but there will be times that we have delays. We will ship your package and give you updates via the Icy Cosmetics social media pages if there will be any delays. We tend to slip in a extra gloss or sample if we have extended periods of time where shipping delayed. When we have officially shipped your order you should receive a tracking number, if you do not receive one in your shipping confirmation email please email us immediately [email protected] and we will send it to you. Depending on where you live your package should arrive anywhere between 1-4 business days via USPS. Once the package leaves our possession and is shipped we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please contact USPS with any of those concerns.


Refund/Return Policy: Icy Cosmetics products are for personal use thus for hygiene and safety reason we do not do returns or exchanged. We do not accept refund request unless you have an incorrect address and report it immediately to our email [email protected]. If you have a damaged product you must send through proof of it and explain how the package came damaged, it is up to our team to determine the legitimacy of the compliant, please give us 2 business days to investigate. If we determine the compliant is valid we will ship out a new order as soon as possible.
